John Hatcher Realty only develops and manages projects in which it has a substantial equity. Our focuses is on small business that require 2000-4000 square feet of space with lease terms of 1-3 years. We are proud of the fact that we specialize in "Mom & Pop" businesses. We are also proud of the fact that when you lease one of our properties, you are dealing with one of the owners of the property and can get service and/or straight answers quickly. Our personnel consists of John Hatcher and Jim Cannon who handle development and leasing, Linda Allred, Office Manager, and her assistants Anne-Scott Hatcher and Will Henderson who really run the business and our maintenance personnel John Thompson and Walter Brown. John Hatcher Realty tries to be of whatever service our Tenants require. One of our sayings is "We try to never say no to our Tenants requests. We may say how much but seldom say no."

Word of mouth has been our most important form of promotion. Other than a small four line ad in the newspaper and signage on our properties, we do no marketing or promoting. Satisfied and happy Tenants are the backbone of our success.
